KINGS: KNU International Graduate Scholarship and Benefits

1. Selection Period: Before the beginning of every semester (up to 4 th semesters for Master and Doctoral, up to 8 th semesters for Integrated Master’s and Doctoral)
2. Benefits: 100% or 50% of tuition fees waived
3. Number of Selected Applicants
   1. New international students: up to 70 applicants based on 100% tuition payment B. Enrolled international students: up to 210 applicants based on 100% tuition payment
4. Qualification
   1. New Students
      • A-1) Students recommended by department after the department screening by the ranking order
      • A-2) Up to 70 applicants based on 100% tuition payment
   2. Enrolled Students
      • B-1) International graduate students scheduled for next semester who meet the following two conditions and also nominated by department
        • ①Having Health Insurance
        • ②Receiving higher than a B 0 grade in the previous semester
      • B-2) Up to 210 applicants based on 100% tuition payment
        * Scholarship beneficiary is selected every semester after the screening.

• A large-scale project of the Ministry of Education to foster a world-class research-intensive university.
• A supportive program to nurture excellent intellects at master's and doctoral level

KNU KNU Electronics and Electrical Engineering Advancement Institute (Graduate School of Electronic and Electrical Engineering)

• Project period: Sep. 1, 2020 ~ Aug. 31, 2027 (7 years)
• Participants: about 230 in master’s and doctoral program
• Scholarship 20.7 billion won for 7 years (the national treasury)

4-Stage BK21 Scholarship

• Master's program (700,000 to 1 million won/ month)
• Doctoral program (1.3 million to 2 million won/month)
• Ph.D. completion (1 million to 2 million won/month)
