학부과정 김나연 (지도교수 우지용) ISPSA 2022 Best Poster Presentation Award 수상 및 Applied Physics Letters 저널 제1저자 논문 게재

전자공학부 학부과정 김나연 학생 (지도교수 우지용)은 2022년 7월 17일에 개최된 International Symposium on the Physics of Semiconductors and Applications (ISPSA) 국제학술대회에서 “Understanding Switching Mechanism of Nonvolatile Analog Redox Transistor-based Synaptic Devices via Modeling”라는 주제로 발표해 Best Poster Presentation Award를 수상했다. 

또한 김나연 학생은 뉴로모픽 반도체 소자 모델링 연구를 수행하여 제1저자로 Applied Physics Letters (APL) 저널에 논문을 게재했다 (2022년 8월 18일 자).
